What about underground utilities (gas, water, electric)?
Safety is our number one priority. It is an industry standard (and Ohio state law) to contact 811 before any digging or deep grinding. We will help coordinate this to ensure all underground utility lines are marked before we start, so you don't have to worry about dangerous or costly mistakes.
What happens to the wood chips? Do you clean them up?
Standard stump grinding leaves a pile of nutrient-rich mulch that settles into the ground over time. However, we offer complete chip removal for an additional fee. If you want the "clean sweep" service, just let us know, and we will haul every bit of the debris away.
Will your heavy machinery ruin my lawn?

Can I replant a new tree in the exact same spot?

We can grind the stump deeper than the standard depth to remove more of the root ball, giving your new tree the best possible environment to thrive. Do I need to be home when you do the work?
As long as we have clear, safe access to the stump (unlocked gates, vehicles moved, no dogs in the yard), you do not need to be present. We can handle the entire job and communicate with you easily via phone or text.
